Position Overview
Join the prestigious Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences as a Guest Service Executive and be part of a team delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of Dubai’s most luxurious destinations.
What You’ll Do
* Greet and escort VIP guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in process.
* Provide accurate information on hotel services, facilities, and dining options while promoting upselling opportunities.
* Act as a brand ambassador by sharing historical and cultural insights, enhancing guest engagement.
* Handle administrative tasks related to Guest Relations, ensuring efficient communication across departments.
* Respond promptly to guest requests, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain guest privacy and ensure confidentiality of information at all times.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 1 year of luxury hospitality experience in a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
