Position Overview
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is looking for a Guest Service Executive to join its Guest Relations team. This role focuses on providing personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences, and enhancing guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

What You’ll Do
* Welcome and escort VIP guests to their rooms, ensuring efficient check-in and luggage handling.
* Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions while upselling where possible.
* Act as a brand storyteller, sharing cultural and historical insights and unique property features.
* Handle administrative tasks for Guest Relations and ensure smooth communication across departments.
* Respond to guest requests promptly, arranging transportation, reservations, and other services as needed.
* Maintain high standards of courtesy and professionalism in all guest interactions.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
