Position Overview
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking a Guest Service Executive to join the Guest Relations team. This role requires delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless arrivals, and providing outstanding personalized service that reflects Jumeirah’s world-class standards.
What You’ll Do
* Welcome and escort VIP guests upon arrival, ensuring smooth check-in and timely luggage handling.
* Share detailed information on hotel services, facilities, and exclusive amenities while actively upselling offerings.
* Act as a cultural storyteller, sharing insights about Dubai and unique features of Jumeirah properties.
* Handle guest requests such as transportation, reservations, and special arrangements, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure satisfaction.
* Perform administrative duties for the Guest Relations operation, ensuring accurate communication and updates across teams.
* Maintain strong relationships with guests, providing assistance and resolving issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
Ideal Profile
* At least 1 year of experience in a luxury hospitality setting, preferably in guest relations or front office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
