Position Overview
Join the Front Office team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences in Dubai. This luxury property is renowned for exceptional service and unmatched hospitality experiences. We are seeking a Guest Service Executive to ensure a warm and professional welcome for every guest while delivering personalized services and maintaining the highest operational standards.

What You’ll Do

* Welcome and assist guests in person or over the phone with bookings and inquiries
* Handle check-ins and check-outs, including managing cash, credit, or debit card payments
* Maintain complete guest confidentiality at all times
* Provide personalized services ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
* Identify and implement improvements in guest service processes

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 1 year of luxury hospitality experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage
