Key Responsibilities
* Assist service team with setup and preparation of dining areas
* Support kitchen staff with timely delivery of items and supplies
* Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
* Replenish cutlery, crockery, and service tools as needed
* Follow hygiene and safety standards to ensure guest well-being
* Communicate courteously with guests and colleagues
* Uphold grooming standards and wear uniform professionally
* Move and lift items up to 50 pounds, including setup materials
* Respond to guest needs proactively when appropriate
* Perform additional support duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* No prior experience required; hospitality or restaurant exposure preferred
* Ability to stand and move for extended periods
* Willingness to assist across various food and beverage tasks
* Positive attitude and team spirit in a dynamic environment
* Basic reading and comprehension for menus and instructions
