Job Overview – Front Desk Coordination and Guest Interaction
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional delivery of front desk and bell services. From handling guest luggage to managing transport needs and coordinating with other departments, your role is essential to guest satisfaction. You will act as the face of the hotel, making every interaction a positive and efficient experience.

What You’ll Do

* Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with baggage handling, check-in coordination, and directions
* Coordinate all guest services in line with Novotel and Accor brand standards
* Ensure timely handling and delivery of luggage, incoming faxes, parcels, and room items
* Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries, guest belongings, and service logs
* Inform guests about hotel amenities, facilities, local attractions, and nearby merchants
* Manage airport transfer charges and coordinate transport needs accurately and professionally
* Communicate effectively with bell desk, concierge, and front office teams for seamless operations
* Uphold high standards of presentation, grooming, and customer service at all times
* Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach
* Ensure service timelines are met (e.g., luggage pickup within 10 minutes, fax delivery within 15 minutes)
* Support cross-functional teamwork and attend scheduled meetings or training as required

Ideal Profile – Service-Oriented and Professional

* Previous experience in guest services, concierge, or front desk is preferred
* Strong customer service skills and a natural flair for engaging with guests
* Professional personal presentation and a positive, welcoming attitude
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Opera or similar hotel POS systems; basic computer literacy required
* Good problem-solving abilities and clear communication under pressure
* Manual driver’s license preferred for handling transport or valet support
* High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualifications are a plus
* Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
