* Answer guest queries via phone or email with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-driven approach
* Promote services across spa, health club, rooms, and tour bookings using effective upselling techniques
* Maintain updated knowledge of all facilities and services to guide guests confidently
* Handle pre-arrival arrangements, room preferences, and coordinate with other departments to exceed guest expectations
* Work collaboratively with front office, experience, and membership teams to ensure elevated and personalized service
Ideal Profile
* Strong communication skills with a courteous, empathetic, and proactive demeanor
* Experience in luxury hotel guest services or concierge operations preferred
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously
* Team player with a problem-solving mindset and positive body language
* Organized, tech-savvy, and familiar with reservation and hospitality systems
