Jumeirah Group is seeking a Guest Services Executive to join the Guest Relations team at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, part of Madinat Jumeirah Resort in Dubai, UAE. This role is focused on providing personalized service to VIP guests, delivering cultural insights, and ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival through departure in line with Jumeirah’s luxury hospitality standards.

Core Duties
* Welcome and escort VIP guests to their rooms, ensuring luggage and check-in are handled efficiently
* Share detailed knowledge of hotel amenities, outlets, and services while upselling and making reservations as required
* Provide cultural and historical insights to enhance guest
experiences and act as a brand storyteller for Jumeirah
* Handle administrative tasks for guest relations, ensuring effective communication across departments
* Respond to guest requests such as transportation, dining, laundry, or special celebrations, coordinating with relevant teams and following up for satisfaction
* Support guest relations operations by ensuring service excellence and quick resolution of guest needs
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 1 year of luxury hospitality experience in a guest-facing role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
* Ability to multitask, remain calm, and deliver high-quality service under pressure
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude
