Jumeirah Burj Al Arab is looking for a Guest Services Executive to join the Experience Team at Inside Burj Al Arab. This role is focused on welcoming guests, assisting with bookings, and delivering engaging and personalized experiences in line with the hotel’s world-class service standards.

What You’ll Do
* Welcome guests and tour groups with warmth and professionalism.
* Confirm ticket bookings and assist with arrival amenities.
* Identify guest needs, including physical requirements, to ensure smooth experiences.
* Share engaging and informative details about Burj Al Arab in a confident manner.
* Answer guest questions and provide accurate information about facilities
and services.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the property, its history, and related experiences.
Ideal Profile
* At least 1 year of experience in guest services or hospitality.
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and improvisational skills.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for luxury service.
