Guest Services Executive – Front Office – Jumeirah Al Qasr – Dubai

Position Overview
Join Jumeirah Al Qasr, part of the luxurious Madinat Jumeirah resort, as a Guest Services Executive in the Front Office team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering world-class hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

* Manage smooth and efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
* Process guest payments and handle billing inquiries securely, managing both cash and card transactions.
* Allocate rooms according to guest preferences, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
* Assist with reservation amendments, confirmations, and cancellations in line with hotel policies.
* Address and resolve guest complaints effectively, escalating when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
* Promote hotel amenities and services during interactions, upselling where appropriate to enhance guest experiences.

Ideal Profile

* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star property; UAE experience is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS (Cloud).
* Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage guest concerns in a multicultural environment.
* Fluency in English and Russian languages; additional languages are an advantage.
