This pivotal role offers the chance to deliver luxury service to international guests while working in one of Dubai’s most prestigious beachfront properties.

Job Overview
As a Guest Services Executive (Receptionist), you will manage check-in and check-out services, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate special requests. Your presence will define the first impression of every visitor to Jumeirah Al Naseem, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests and manage all arrival/departure procedures, including payment processing and room allocations
* Maintain guest confidentiality and uphold Jumeirah standards in communication and service
* Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
* Promote resort offerings through accurate information and suggestive selling
* Assist in booking spa appointments, health club services, and guest experiences
* Address guest complaints confidently and escalate issues when necessary

Job Requirements

* 1–2 years’ experience in a front office role at a luxury 5-star hotel
* Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
* Proficient in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment
