Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
* Handle payments accurately while safeguarding guest privacy and preferences
* Communicate professionally through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Cross-sell resort services such as spa bookings, health club access, and dining experiences
* Maintain deep knowledge of hotel facilities, SOPs, and guest experience standards
* Address concerns and resolve guest issues promptly and diplomatically

Job Requirements

* 1–2 years of front office experience in a luxury 5-star hospitality environment
* Fluency in English and Italian (verbal and written)
* Working knowledge of Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office tools
* Confident in managing guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural work setting
