Guest Services Executive - Front Office

Job Overview
We are hiring a Guest Services Executive for the Front Office team at Jumeirah Al Naseem in Dubai. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences through courteous service, attention to detail, and thorough knowledge of luxury hotel operations.

Job Overview
As a Guest Services Executive, you will manage check-in and check-out procedures, respond to guest queries, and provide personalized, attentive service throughout each guest’s stay. You’ll also coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and uphold the hotel’s high standards for professionalism and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests professionally and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
* Handle group arrivals, payment processing, and special requests with accuracy and confidentiality
* Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face, ensuring a courteous and timely resolution
* Promote and cross-sell hotel services using suggestive selling techniques
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Spa, Health Club, and hotel services to assist guests effectively
* Accurately maintain guest records and ensure data privacy in line with company policies
* Resolve complaints calmly and professionally, escalating issues when needed
* Attend mandatory training and consistently follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Job Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar front office role within a 5-star luxury hotel
* Fluent in English and German (additional languages are an advantage)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud systems
* Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with professionalism and courtesy
* High level of attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
