Guest Services Executive – Jumeirah Beach Hotel – Dubai, UAE

Role Summary
Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Executive to join its Front Office team. The role is responsible for managing check-in and check-out processes, assisting with guest requests, and delivering personalized service that reflects Jumeirah’s luxury hospitality standards.

What You’ll Do

* Assist guests with check-in, check-out, pre-registration, and extended stay requests.
* Manage group bookings and ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
* Escort guests to rooms with the support of bell desk staff, ensuring professional and courteous service.
* Communicate rates and services accurately, applying upselling techniques to enhance guest experience.
* Handle cashiering functions, including foreign currency exchange and paid outs, while balancing the cash float.
* Anticipate guest needs and deliver solutions in line with Jumeirah’s service standards.
* Ensure guest privacy is protected and adhere to departmental policies and SOPs.

Ideal Profile

* Minimum of 2 years of front office experience in a 5-star hotel.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS (Cloud).
* Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to luxury hospitality standards.
