Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a large kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity
* Design and oversee menu development aligned with Hoxton standards and guest expectations
* Control food costs and kitchen efficiency without compromising on quality
* Oversee stock levels, kitchen hygiene, and all food safety compliance
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
* Train junior chefs and encourage skills development across the kitchen
* Maintain high standards of presentation, consistency, and guest satisfaction
Experience and Skills Required
* Minimum 2 years\' experience as a Head Chef in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment
* Deep knowledge of ingredient sourcing, seasonal cooking, and contemporary menu planning
* Proven experience managing large teams and high-volume service
* Strong understanding of food costs, GP targets, and kitchen operations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Comfortable balancing creativity with brand consistency
* Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
