Head Chef – Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha – Dubai, UAE

Position Overview
Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a talented and innovative Head Chef to lead its culinary operations. The role is responsible for managing the kitchen team, developing creative menus, ensuring compliance with HACCP and brand standards, and delivering outstanding dining experiences that delight guests.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage kitchen operations across outlets and banquet services.
* Design and implement innovative menus aligned with guest preferences and market trends.
* Ensure HACCP and IHG food safety standards are strictly maintained.
* Manage food costs, purchasing, and kitchen inventory controls.
* Recruit, train, and motivate chefs and kitchen staff to achieve excellence.
* Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Ideal Profile

* 7–10 years of culinary experience, including at least 3 years in a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef role.
* Preferably with IHG brand experience.
* Currently based in the UAE with solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
* Proven expertise in menu development, cost control, and culinary leadership.
* Strong organizational, training, and communication skills.
