About the Role
As Head Hostess at Carbone, you will play an important guest-facing role, using strong communication and customer service skills to create welcoming and genuine
interactions.
Natural conversation is central to the position. You will engage confidently with guests while respecting their individual experience, avoiding interactions that feel scripted or intrusive.
Working closely with colleagues across the Bar and Dining areas, you will contribute to smooth service and maintain a positive approach during busy periods.
Guest Experience
* Welcome and engage guests in a warm, natural and professional manner.
* Create genuine conversations without making the guest experience feel scripted or intrusive.
* Deliver attentive customer service within a luxury restaurant environment.
* Work closely with Bar and Dining area colleagues as part of the wider restaurant team.
* Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues throughout service.
* Maintain a positive and professional approach in a fast-paced environment.
* Support the high service standards expected at Carbone and Atlantis The Royal.
* Contribute to a coordinated and memorable dining experience.
About You
Previous international exposure in a related field is preferred. Alternatively, candidates should ideally have two years of experience working within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills are important, together with the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. You should be comfortable operating in a busy Food and Beverage environment while maintaining a polished and guest-focused approach.
Learning and Development
