In this front-facing role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and assisting guests with warmth and efficiency in our leisure areas.

Key Responsibilities

* Clean and maintain Health Club, fitness center, beach, and pool areas following hotel standards
* Replenish supplies such as towels, amenities, and toiletries in changing rooms and gym
* Set up sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach amenities ahead of guest arrival
* Provide a warm welcome to guests and offer assistance with seating, towels, and refreshments
* Monitor and maintain sauna and steam room operations, ensuring safety and functionality
* Report equipment malfunctions and potential safety hazards to the supervisor
* Assist during poolside or beach special events and activities
* Handle lost and found items appropriately and report to security
* Maintain hygiene standards and proper use of cleaning supplies
* Adhere to grooming and uniform standards, promoting the Fairmont brand image

Job Requirements

* High school diploma or relevant vocational training
* Previous experience in hospitality or fitness centers preferred
* CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage
* Fluent in English (written and verbal)
* Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and lifting duties
* Friendly, approachable, and service-driven attitude
* Attention to detail and commitment to guest safety and comfort
* Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
