Seat guests promptly at a table, pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences.
Set up host/hostess stand, answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
1-2 years’ experience in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role.
Outstanding grooming, outgoing and joyful personality.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
Knowledge of MICROS preferred, OpenTable and others.
Excellent communication skill and fluency in English and other languages.
