Role Summary
Join the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II (QE2), the world’s only floating hotel permanently docked at Dubai’s Port Rashid, as a Hostess. In this front-of-house role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service that reflects the property’s unique blend of British heritage and modern luxury. You will manage reservations, coordinate guest seating, and ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless dining experience aboard this iconic ocean liner.

What You’ll Do
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, set a positive tone, and maintain the hotel’s high service standards.
Manage waitlists, reservations, and seating arrangements using the reservation system.
Inform guests about current promotions and introduce their server for a smooth handover.
Answer incoming calls professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
Handle guest billing for dining and to-go orders, verifying payments and processing transactions accurately.
Note and communicate guest dietary requirements and special requests to the service team.
Support the restaurant team in maintaining a polished and welcoming environment.
Ideal Profile
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or fine dining.
Proficiency in Micros POS system.
Strong guest service skills, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Well-presented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
