Seat guests promptly at a table, pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences.
Set up host/hostess stand, answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.
What you bring
Pizzazz and shiny personality.
1-2 years’ experience in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role.
Previous experience working in the night life venue.
Strong upselling skills.
Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
Excellent communication skill and fluency in English.
Must be 21 years old and above.
