Our jobs arent just about giving guests a clean room and a freshly made bed. We aim to create a memorable and unique experience. Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in various housekeeping functions, maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert ensures the hotel spaces contribute to a great guest experience.
In this role, success hinges on ensuring a safe workplace, following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications. Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and taking a hands-on approach to work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance). Performing all these tasks well ensures a positive experience for our guests and the business.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
