Key Responsibilities

* Prepare guest rooms to five-star hotel standards by cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned service areas.
* Replace bed linen, refresh towels, arrange room amenities, and ensure all items are presented neatly.
* Refill guest supplies, organize housekeeping carts, and keep cleaning materials ready for daily room assignments.
* Assist with guest requests related to housekeeping items, room supplies, and basic in-room service support.
* Check rooms carefully for cleanliness, missing items, damages, maintenance concerns, and safety issues.
* Report lost and found items, repair needs, and unusual room conditions to the housekeeping supervisor.
* Follow hotel policies for safety, hygiene, guest privacy, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
* Support cleaning of public spaces or back-of-house areas when required by the department.
* Complete physically active duties such as standing, walking, bending, carrying, lifting, pushing, and moving items safely.
