Key Responsibilities
* Clean assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and hotel areas according to five-star housekeeping standards.
* Make beds, replace linen, refresh towels, replenish amenities, and arrange room items for guest comfort.
* Stock and organize housekeeping carts with cleaning products, linen, towels, guest supplies, and room essentials.
* Respond to guest housekeeping requests professionally while maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and service quality.
* Inspect rooms during cleaning for damages, maintenance issues, missing items, safety concerns, and lost property.
* Report room defects, repair needs, supply shortages, and lost and found items to the housekeeping supervisor.
* Assist with public area cleaning, service areas, and back-of-house housekeeping duties when required.
* Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, workplace safety, grooming, guest privacy, and professional conduct.
* Perform active housekeeping tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving items safely during the shift.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 1 year of Room Attendant experience in a five-star hotel.
* Good knowledge of guest room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, bed making, linen handling, and amenity replacement.
* Able to complete full-time housekeeping duties while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
* Physically fit for active work that may involve standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving items.
* Professional, dependable, and respectful of guest privacy, hotel standards, and supervisor instructions.
* Comfortable working with housekeeping supervisors, laundry teams, public area teams, and guest service colleagues.
* Basic English communication skills are preferred for workplace coordination and simple guest requests.
