Hotel Sales Manager Job Vacancy in UAE Dubai
Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel
Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly
Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales for rooms
Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business
Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve Company goals.
Targeting key accounts potential for the company
Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients
Meeting with front office and accounts team to discuss revenue and target plan for the hotel
Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients.
Managing the Sales Team
Qualification & Work Experience:
2 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Reservation position preferably in Hotel in UAE, preferably in Dubai
Good oral and written communication skills
Proven track record in meeting sales targets
Ability to handle sales and reservations team
Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or its equivalent
