Role Summary
Accor Dubai is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. The role requires attention to detail, strong service orientation, and the ability to create a welcoming and spotless environment for all guests.

What You’ll Do
• Check and restock guest rooms with necessary supplies such as toiletries and amenities.
• Communicate regularly with fellow attendants and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Prevent cross-contamination by following hygiene protocols in rooms and common areas.
• Greet guests politely and respond to any concerns or requests promptly.
• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Maintain an organized housekeeping cart stocked with cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Change bed linens, pillowcases, and blankets as required.
• Empty trash bins and restock minibar items where applicable.
• Inspect rooms for technical or safety issues and report them to maintenance.
• Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies and hallways to a high standard.
Ideal Profile
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or guest service experience.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Ability to work flexible hours and with minimal supervision.
• Physical mobility and stamina to handle demanding cleaning tasks.
• Professional, polite, and able to follow instructions with attention to detail.
