As a Housekeeping Coordinator, your role is to ensure that guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel. You will be skilled in a variety of housekeeping functions, responsible for delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and other similar tasks. Your work ensures that every guest has a memorable and unique experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
Stay on your feet and move around to perform tasks (stand, sit, or walk for extended periods).
Handle physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
No High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
Related Work Experience:
No related work experience required.
