Job Description and Requirements
Position Summary:The Housekeeping Attendant (Airbnb & MBZUAI Operations)
Is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and inventory control across all managed apartments while ensuring every unit is prepared according to company standards before guest arrival.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning of occupied and vacant apartments.
Prepare arrival apartments according to company standards.
Complete departure cleaning and deep cleaning procedures.
Replenish guest amenities and consumable items.
Replace bed linen and towels according to operational standards.
Conduct mandatory inventory verification after every guest checkout.
Report missing, damaged, or defective items immediately.
Coordinate maintenance issues with the Operations Team.
Ensure apartments are odor-free, clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Maintain public areas assigned by management.
Follow company hygiene and safety procedures.
Handle lost and found items according to company policy.
Support special cleaning projects and VIP apartment preparation.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report shortages of supplies.
Complete assigned
daily checklists and operational reports.
Coordinate with Guest Relations and Operations regarding apartment readiness.
Qualifications:
High school diploma preferred.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage.
Ability to clean and organize rooms efficiently.
Attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks.
Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.
Basic communication skills.
Coordinate with Guest Relations and Operations regarding apartment readiness.
Qualifications:
