As an HR Intern at Jumeirah Dubai, you will support core human resources activities including employee relations, internal events, and administrative HR tasks. This hands-on internship in luxury hospitality HR will expose you to engagement planning, HR systems, policy support, and wellness programs, making it an excellent first step toward a career in hotel human resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a professional and welcoming experience during all HR-related interactions
* Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement and wellness initiatives
* Support HR policy communication and help respond to employee queries
* Handle administrative tasks including employee recordkeeping and report preparation
* Promote internal communications and staff recognition initiatives
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold HR standards in every task
Job Requirements
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or business program
* Previous internship in a luxury or 5-star hotel is a plus but not mandatory
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Available to begin in August for the full internship term
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
