HVAC Technician - Luxury Hospitality
Take on a rewarding role as an HVAC Technician at Pullman by Accor in Doha, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all types of A/C and refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and retrofit of all types of A/C and refrigeration systems.
- Record and analyze operating logs and utilities, taking immediate action as necessary during emergencies.
- Work closely with HVAC Technicians and other engineering team members to ensure system functionality.
- Carry out improvement, maintenance, and repair work on building services and A/C & refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct daily start-up, shutdown, and inspection of building services and equipment according to standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and perform engineering housekeeping tasks.
- Update daily maintenance logs, complete work order forms, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Respond to maintenance requests and complaints from hotel guests and other departments promptly.
- Consistently provide professional, engaging, and friendly service to all guests and team members.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of A/C and refrigeration systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in all guest interactions.
- Technical certification in HVAC systems or equivalent work experience is an advantage.
