Key Responsibilities
* Lead food service operations across IKEA restaurants, bistros, and food markets to attract visitors and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Ensure all food offerings are presented attractively, maintaining consistent quality, freshness, and compliance with IKEA’s safety and hygiene policies.
* Engage daily with customers to gather feedback, resolve issues, and improve service delivery.
* Support the manager in planning and executing store business plans and food action plans aligned with overall company objectives.
* Promote IKEA values in every customer and co-worker interaction, creating a culture of respect, collaboration, and excellence.
* Oversee range changes, product availability, and stock display in collaboration with the food and marketing teams.
* Train, support, and motivate co-workers to deliver exceptional service and develop their professional capabilities.
* Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming dining and kitchen environment that complies with all IKEA quality and safety standards.
* Implement efficient operational routines, ensuring smooth food service flow during peak hours and minimizing downtime.
* Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and team efficiency.
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
* Demonstrated success in food service management and customer service excellence.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety practices.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
* Understanding of IKEA’s business model, brand values, and customer focus culture is a plus.
