Internal Audit Intern role in Dubai supporting Accor operations across the MEAAPAC region, offering hands-on exposure to internal audit, governance, and risk management within a global hospitality organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Support internal audit planning, execution, and reporting activities across multiple MEAAPAC countries
* Assist with walkthroughs, control testing, and documentation of audit evidence
* Contribute to internal control self-assessment processes at hotel and corporate levels
* Analyze audit data and prepare summaries, dashboards, and draft audit report sections
* Coordinate meetings, maintain audit timelines, and manage audit-related documentation
* Track implementation of management action plans and remediation progress
* Identify and share best practices observed during audits across regions
* Provide ad-hoc support on special audit projects, investigations, and governance initiatives
Ideal Profile
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in accounting, finance, audit, hospitality management, or a related field
* Strong interest in internal audit, risk management, governance, and compliance
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities in multicultural environments
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Fluency in English; Arabic or French is an advantage
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, international setting
* Proactive approach with high integrity and professional ethics
