Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily hotel operations and guest-facing services
* Shadow departmental supervisors to understand best practices
* Participate in training sessions and team briefings
* Help coordinate events and guest experiences
* Maintain Marriott’s high standards of service and professionalism
Job Requirements
* Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field
* Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
