Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily operations in front office, food and beverage, or housekeeping
* Shadow department supervisors and gain cross-functional insights

* Support administrative tasks and internal reporting
* Engage in scheduled training sessions and skill development programs
* Maintain a professional image and positive attitude at all times
* Uphold Marriott International standards and service values
* Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences
* Perform additional learning assignments as directed
Job Requirements
* Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a hospitality or tourism program
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Able to work flexible shifts and weekends if required
* No prior work experience required
