Role Context
The IT Coordinator keeps the hotel\'s technology environment available for guest services and internal departments. Responsive troubleshooting, accurate system configuration and controlled user access help prevent
Key Responsibilities
The role provides day-to-day technical support while contributing to system security, documentation and operational readiness.
* Implement and support Accor technology standards and recommended practices.
* Contribute technical solutions and troubleshooting notes to the Accor Technology Services knowledge base.
* Diagnose hardware, software, server and network issues reported by hotel departments.
* Provide technical support for workstations, user devices and peripheral equipment.
* Install and configure Windows servers and desktop computers.
* Maintain operating systems, databases, hotel applications and supporting software.
* Monitor system performance and complete routine optimization activities.
* Support Opera and MICROS applications used across hotel operations.
* Assist employees with Microsoft Office applications and general system access.
* Set up user accounts, permissions and equipment for newly hired employees.
* Confirm that new users receive appropriate access according to their responsibilities.
* Prepare, deploy and maintain computers and related equipment.
* Coordinate with internal departments to understand and resolve technology requirements.
* Apply approved security controls to protect systems, users and operational information.
* Escalate significant security incidents, outages and technical risks promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of equipment, configurations, user access and completed support work.
* Support backup, recovery and emergency technology procedures.
* Contribute to crisis-management readiness and business-continuity planning.
* Track assigned projects and complete technical tasks within agreed deadlines.
* Communicate system issues and resolutions clearly to non-technical employees.
Ideal Profile
Candidates should have two to three years of proven information technology experience within the Hospitality industry. Practical knowledge of Opera, MICROS, Microsoft Office, Windows environments and hotel technology operations is required.
The successful applicant will demonstrate initiative, close attention to detail and a service-focused approach. The ability to troubleshoot methodically, manage projects and communicate effectively with employees across different departments is essential.
