Position Overview
Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an IT Executive to ensure smooth operation of all technology systems across the hotel. The role is critical in maintaining seamless digital processes that enhance both guest and staff experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Support and maintain all hotel IT systems, hardware, and software.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
* Ensure data security and compliance with IHG IT standards and policies.
* Assist with system upgrades, backups, and preventive maintenance tasks.
* Provide IT support and training to colleagues across departments.
* Liaise with external vendors and service providers for system support and maintenance.
Ideal Profile
* Previous IT experience in hospitality or a similar industry.
* Preferably with IHG brand exposure.
* Currently based in the UAE.
* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
