Jumeirah Al Naseem is seeking a Junior Mixologist to join the Blind Tiger team. The role involves preparing exceptional cocktails, promoting the beverage program, supporting bar operations, and delivering world-class guest experiences in line with Jumeirah’s luxury hospitality standards.

What You’ll Do
* Consistently prepare high-quality cocktails and beverages from the bar’s portfolio.
* Provide expert guidance on the beverage selection and upsell drinks to enhance guest experiences.
* Support the Bar Manager with stock control, ordering, inventory checks, and supplier coordination.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
* Represent the outlet’s brand identity, sharing its story and values with guests.
Ideal Profile
* 1–2 years of experience in a mixology role within a 5-star luxury hotel or branded restaurant.
* Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails; experience in cocktail competitions is desirable.
* Exposure to modern bar techniques such as sous-vide infusion, fat-washing, clarification, and carbonation is a plus.
* Excellent customer service skills with adaptability and cultural awareness.
* Passionate about beverage innovation and hospitality excellence.
