Jumeirah Al Naseem, part of the Madinat Jumeirah resort, is seeking a Junior Mixologist to join the Rockfish team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality beverage service, preparing signature cocktails, and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable bar experience in a luxury hospitality setting.

What You’ll Do
* Identify guest needs, provide personalized bar service, and upsell beverages to enhance guest experiences.
* Prepare cocktails and curated drinks according to recipes, outlet themes, and food pairings.
* Support bartenders with service, guest interactions, and bar setup.
* Process transactions accurately while maintaining an organized and attractive bar display.
* Perform bar opening, closing, cleaning, and inventory checks with full hygiene compliance.
* Adhere to HACCP standards, alcohol service policies, and all company SOPs.
Ideal Profile
* 1–2 years of experience in a mixology or bar service role within a 5-star luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
* Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian or another European language is desirable.
* Experience working in multicultural teams and luxury service environments.
* Passionate about F and B service with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
