Jumeirah Al Naseem is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join its award-winning Culinary team in Dubai. This role is ideal for experienced chefs with strong leadership skills, a flair for innovation, and a passion for luxury hospitality food standards. You will play a key role in menu development, kitchen operations, and staff training.

Job Requirements

* Degree in Culinary Arts or related qualification from a recognized culinary school
* Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality kitchens, including leadership exposure
* Strong knowledge of international cuisines, fine dining, and kitchen management
* Skilled in recipe development, food costing, production workflows, and plating techniques
* Passion for mentoring, team development, and service excellence
