The role combines activity planning, attentive childcare, guest service and careful adherence to Kids Club health, safety and registration procedures. Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Support
the smooth day-to-day running of the Kids Club while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
* Create interesting and engaging children\'s activities, including experiences inspired by appropriate local cultural and recreational offerings.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel\'s products and services.
* Follow and help implement all applicable health and safety requirements for children\'s activities.
* Support the Rixos Children program and provide children with a safe, enjoyable and interactive Kids Club environment.
* Conduct activities in a positive and professional manner.
* Supervise assigned children and ensure they remain within designated Kids Club areas.
* Provide appropriate childcare and contact a parent or guardian when assistance is required with discipline or personal needs.
* Engage and entertain children through games and other approved activities.
* Follow all Kids Club policies and procedures.
* Report child health concerns to the Recreation Manager so appropriate action can be taken.
* Carry out general Kids Club cleaning responsibilities, including disinfecting toys.
* Ensure the required Kids Club Agreement and Information Form has been completed and signed by the parent or guardian.
* Verify that the person checking in a child is recorded on the appropriate Kids Club documentation.
* Ensure parents or guardians complete and sign the Kids Club Register during both check-in and check-out.
* Coordinate effectively with other hotel departments.
* Help ensure outsourced activity services, where used, meet the required quality standards.
