Kerzner International is seeking a Kids Only Manager to join our Sports & Leisure team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. As our brand expands globally, you will play a crucial role in the Resort’s success, managing all children’s and teens’ programs and overseeing facility operations. You will supervise staff and ensure programs meet a defined standard of quality.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service through positive interactions with parents, children, and teens, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the club program and logistics.
- Coordinate and supervise quality programs and related facilities for guests.
- Foster strong inter-departmental relations and collaborate with department heads as needed.
- Facilitate ongoing staff training and development.
- Oversee roster preparation and payroll, ensuring duties are implemented effectively.
- Maintain equipment and supplies, reordering as necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with the Kids Only Agent.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Degree in Education, Recreation, Hotel Management, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong supervisory and management skills.
- Good organizational abilities and an enjoyment of working with children.
- Computer literacy and leadership skills.
- Aptitude for coaching staff and expertise in guest service and relations.
- Flexibility and adaptability in interactions with guests of all ages.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate staff performance in delivering programs.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability.
