Key Responsibilities

* Assist in preparing meals in line with standard recipes and portion controls
* Support mise en place and basic food prep under chef supervision
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to HACCP food safety standards
* Clean and organize kitchen tools and equipment
* Participate in briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned
* Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
* Observe and practice various cooking techniques and kitchen operations
* Assist in inventory checks and proper food storage
* Contribute to menu development and food presentation discussions
* Perform additional kitchen duties as directed by management

Job Requirements

* Enrolled in a hotel management, tourism, or culinary education program
* Eager to learn and contribute to a high-performing kitchen team
* Passionate about hospitality and food preparation
* Strong work ethic, adaptability, and enthusiasm
