Learning & Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Talent & Culture Manager to design and implement effective training strategies and programs for all staff levels.
- Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
- Create engaging training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules tailored to various audiences.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring smooth logistics and effective delivery.
- Conduct interactive training sessions, encouraging participation and ensuring knowledge retention.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support employees in developing continuous development plans and career progression pathways.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new training techniques to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methods, and training delivery techniques.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and e-learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations is an advantage.
- Creative and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development.
