About the Role
The Luggage Coordinator manages activities associated with guest luggage and the assignment of general Front Services tasks. Strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential in an environment where speed and service quality must
work together.
You will coordinate the flow of assignments to help ensure luggage is dispatched and delivered efficiently while maintaining a fair and consistent distribution of tasks among Bellmen.
What You\'ll Do
* Coordinate activities associated with guest luggage and general Front Services assignments.
* Optimize luggage delivery and dispatch times to support efficient guest service.
* Allocate tasks fairly and consistently among Bellmen.
* Monitor operational activity in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
* Evaluate and record relevant daily operational details.
* Report daily operational information to the Assistant Manager, Front Services.
* Coordinate multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail.
* Provide five-star service when interacting directly with guests.
* Help ensure Front Services tasks are completed efficiently and with appropriate urgency.
* Represent the professional image and reputation of Atlantis Dubai during every interaction.
