Jumeirah Group is currently seeking an experienced **Manager – Brand Experience Management** to join its Brand & Digital Marketing team in Dubai. This strategic role supports the 2030 brand vision through the development and execution of guest experiences, brand rituals, and training frameworks across Jumeirah’s luxury hotel portfolio.

Job Overview
As Manager – Brand Experience Management, you will lead signature initiatives that enhance Jumeirah’s luxury guest experience across global properties. Your work will directly support the execution of brand frameworks, brand rituals, performance monitoring, and guest engagement—while aligning brand strategy with regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee full-cycle implementation of brand initiatives aligned with Jumeirah’s 2030 vision
* Collaborate cross-functionally to embed Brand Rituals, Code, and Governance across all hotels
* Drive unique guest experience strategies in partnership with Hotel Operations
* Work closely with Learning & Development teams to deliver brand training modules
* Engage internal Brand Champions through communications, events, and performance feedback
* Monitor brand performance metrics and manage related budgets
* Coordinate with marketing teams, agencies, and global stakeholders to maintain brand consistency

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand management or hotel operations, preferably in luxury hospitality or travel sectors
* Proven ability to manage large-scale brand projects with multiple stakeholders
* Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills
* Fluent in English; excellent writing and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; understanding of brand performance tools and frameworks
* International experience and familiarity with corporate branding, hotel standards, and luxury guest expectations preferred
