Position involves the responsibilities as under :
To develop and manage all aspects of the Human Resources Department in accordance with company policies.
Recruitment, training and succession planning, policy development and implementation, employee relations, performance review, compensation and benefits, payroll and Government Relations. Should be well versed with the Kuwait labor laws and its process (Shoon).Must have working knowledge of process for baldiya , health cards. Should have sound knowledge of government relation activities. Act as a single reference point to generate all Human Resources analytical reports required by General Manager and CEO. He / She will have to perform time to time any administrative job as delegated by the senior management.
Desired Age Between 28 to 35 years. Rich experience in Human Resource min 5 years is a must working in a similar role.

Technical Skills Knowledge of working on ERP like Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Business etc required . Excellent working knowledge on MS office , advance Excel desired.
