Jumeirah Group is seeking a UAE National Manager - Project Services to join its Architecture and Spatial Design team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a background in architecture, interior design, or hospitality project coordination. The position supports project implementation across Jumeirah’s luxury hotel portfolio, ensuring design consistency and operational excellence.

back-of-house spatial planning for efficient operational flow
* Conduct site visits to monitor design execution, compliance, and quality standards
* Participate in post-project reviews and vendor management to enhance future outcomes
Ideal Candidate Profile
* UAE National with Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Hospitality Design
* Minimum 3 years of relevant project services experience in the luxury hotel industry
* Strong understanding of construction workflows and hospitality aesthetics
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with ability to prepare reports and presentations
* Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at cross-functional communication and scheduling
