Position Overview
Jumeirah Group is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead Fika at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai, UAE. This role is responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, driving revenue targets, maintaining service quality, and ensuring the outlet delivers an exceptional dining experience aligned with Jumeirah’s luxury standards.

Core Duties
* Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow across the team
* Develop annual business plans, including revenue targets and expense budgets
* Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
* Maintain high service standards, food quality, and presentation to meet guest expectations
* Address guest feedback and complaints while preserving the outlet’s positive reputation
* Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain patrons
* Track competitor activities and industry trends to enhance restaurant performance
* Manage purchasing, stock control, and food cost management with focus on quality and waste reduction
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
* Provide leadership, training, and motivation to staff to ensure teamwork and service excellence
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a minimum of 3 years in management roles
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments
* Proficiency in English and computer systems such as Micros, Opera, Tahweel, and MS Office
* Ability to deliver results in line with business plans and guest satisfaction goals
