Key Responsibilities
* Respond rapidly to medical emergencies throughout the resort and employee residences.
* Assess patients promptly and determine appropriate emergency or primary care interventions.
* Deliver pre-hospital emergency medical care within the approved scope of practice.
* Provide first aid and advanced paramedic support according to patient condition.
* Stabilize patients before transfer to external healthcare facilities when required.
* Monitor patient condition and provide ongoing care until handover or discharge.
* Communicate clearly with receiving hospitals, physicians, ambulance services, and other healthcare providers.
* Provide accurate clinical information during patient referrals and transfers.
