Job Overview
As a Paramedic at Jumeirah Al Naseem, you will provide critical emergency medical services and maintain all health and safety protocols in line with UAE guidelines and Jumeirah Group standards. You will be stationed at one of Dubai’s most exclusive resorts and work alongside hotel and security teams to ensure prompt medical attention and compliance with safety policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide emergency medical care to guests and staff, ensuring swift and accurate response during incidents
* Maintain a sterile and fully equipped treatment area and monitor all medical supplies and equipment readiness
* Follow approved procedures for disposal of medical waste and incident reporting to management and security
* Implement and support the property\'s Emergency Evacuation and Operations Plan
* Document patient data accurately and ensure effective referral communication with external medical providers
* Participate in training, drills, and continuous development of emergency care practices
Job Requirements
* UAE National with a valid Family Book (as per government hiring requirements)
* Minimum 4 years in emergency medical services, with at least 2 years in a hotel or resort setting preferred
* Qualifications: AEA/CCA/National Diploma in Emergency Care; First Aid Instructor; certifications in ACLS, PHTLS, and PALS desirable
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Ability to remain composed under pressure and take initiative with minimal supervision
